Welcome
As a parent of a child with hearing impairment, you
will want the best for your son or daughter as they enter secondary
education. My staff and I fervently believe that at Knightsfield School
we can offer an education second to none for children with special
needs arising from their deafness, and we work constantly to improve on
the opportunities which we can provide. We are proud of our school and
know that pupils make considerable strides in their personal and
academic development. The fact that we have recently been awarded
Academy Status by the DfE means that our success is
officially recognised, too. Our examination results are a further
measure of this success, the children's happiness with the school is
yet another.
