On March 26^th 2024 our school hosted another career event – ELSA Careers Day, that is “Get ready for Work” day. There were representatives from a range of local companies including Kori and Construction, East and North Herts Hospital’s Charity, Computacenter, Bowmer and Kirland, Lloyds Banking group and  Johnson Matthey.  Pupils were working in small groups to develop teamwork, creativity and leadership skills. Throughout the day pupils  participated in different activities, through which they learned about each company and industry.  Older All students had Interview practice to simulate the part of recruitment process. During the day they practiced to design new phone models, robotic pets and buildings. They also worked on a charity project to fundraise 100£.
